Silentbutdeadly07 February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

well, my problem is the opposite. I’m big but I lose my legs quicker than any other part. So I tend to not focus on them too much. Is that wrong?

Cruzharo February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

Maybe the women are referring to post work out swelling of the muscles?

This “fear” is also a weight training myth.

Simple is better. Leg press 12-15 reps. 3sets. Standing (not walking) lunges holding dumbbells. 10 reps each leg. 3sets. Lying leg curls 10-12 reps. 3 sets. These are working sets once you’re warmed up. This is one type of routine. Simple and easy. I will have more exercises for free when I relaunch my site in about a week.

Hello
I am woman, and I am interested in body sculpting, lean muscle mass, fat loss. I want to shrink not grow. How many exercises should I do for legs and how many reps for advanced women in the gym??? Would yo provide an example .

I think it’s safe to say that even when you are trying to lose weight, you eat a little more if you exercise regularly hence why I am not surprise these women are worried about chunky thighs when they look in the mirror and think: Huh, but why if I am working out everday I am still not gaining firmness? Err firstly, you need to sweat not just “exercise” as it helps I promise. Even Barbies should be taught such Rocket Science.

Sorry about the late response, just got back from a trip to Las Vegas. From the sounds of it I think the best work out routine for you would be that called “core conditioning.” If you go to any fitness club and ask the fitness instructors there, I guarantee you they will be able to set you up with your own routine if you meet up with there, including a strict diet. Most clubs also have classes they offer several times weekly, and from there you get back what you put into it. -good luck-

I would like to enhance muscle, sort of like a bodybuilder but not that big. Problem is, I’m female, so I really don’t know what to do to achieve that kind of body without using steroids.

NinjaArtz February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

The first question you need to ask yourself, and what any professional would ask you right off the bat is what do you want to get from weightlifting? A great looking body, muscle enhancement, etc.. What is your goal, as that ultimately effects the type of weight lifting routine that you would be using.

Jackhammer9576 February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

I have a question, I’m into bodybuilding but at the moment I’m also trying to lose fats so I do taebo everyday and I diet, can you please tell me what kind of weight-lifting I should do, like, how many sets and reps and should it be light or moderately heavy? I don’t want to use steroids.

claresa14 February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

ha ha that’s what it sounded like the first time heard it too! i’m on your side!

takkibakos February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

You’re so narcissistic; obsessed with your own body. Just like every other bodybuilder you look like a gorilla. Extreme exercise made your body disproportional. Men like you mess up the world, because young boys think they should look muscular like you. You’re a very bad roll model for children. Have you ever exercised your soul? Where’s your soul?

YouNoop February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

who cares ?:D fool

Nikon05 February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

that is what he says, he says it at the start of all of his videos, plus its not even that fast, i can hear it perfectly

PePPaRoZ February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

He can’t be saying “Welcome to this episode of body performce” – Seriously try and say it as fast as you can it still takes a long time to say it. He definitely isn’t saying that.

ArnoldJames05 February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

He says “I’m Steve Turano, welcome to this episode of body performance”
He just says it really quickly thats all.

Gishinanki February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

This is exactly what I see at my gym every day. Girls using 3 lbs dumbbells thinking they’ll “tone” their body. Same goes for the suckers thinking they can burn fat from any area they want at any time they want, it’s a big embarrassing misunderstanding, and people who work out should really read about the basics before they start.

Suertsje February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

LOL it’s true!

attackm0de February 9, 2010 at 1:48 pm

he says…..”im steve turano welcome to … subserbabodyperformance” LOL
